2. Nature of Our Services
We provide a personalized, done-for-you profile-renewal service designed primarily for Tinder and potentially usable, at the customer’s discretion, on other dating or social platforms.
Depending on the package purchased, the service may include:
-
four newly created or edited profile photographs based on customer-supplied reference photographs;
-
a recommended profile bio;

We do not request access to, log in to, operate, or manage a customer’s Tinder or other third-party account. Customers implement the delivered materials themselves and remain responsible for their accounts, platform activity, interactions, subscriptions, purchases, and compliance with each platform’s rules.
We are an independent service provider. We are not Tinder, a dating platform, a matchmaking service, or an introduction service, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder or any other dating platform. Tinder is a trademark of its respective owner.
We do not provide:
-
matchmaking or introductions to third parties;
-
access to other users’ profiles or private information;
-
access to or management of customer dating accounts;
-
escort, adult, sexual, or compensated-relationship services;

3.4 Payment Information
Payments and checkout may be processed by third-party e-commerce and payment providers, such as Shopify, Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other providers that may be available from time to time.

We may collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, SDKs, server-side integrations, conversion APIs, and similar technologies.
3.6 Communications
If you communicate with us through email, WhatsApp, social media, forms, or similar services, we may collect and retain your contact details, messages, attachments, delivery or read information where available, and communication history.
These communication services are operated by third parties and may retain data according to their own settings, terms, legal obligations, and technical processes.
3.7 Information From Service Providers and Other Sources
We may receive information from e-commerce providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, advertising and analytics partners, form providers, communication services, and other vendors used to operate our business.
We may also review information from public profiles that you specifically direct us to review for the service.
4. AI-Assisted Image Creation and Editing
4.1 How We Process Photographs
The profile-renewal service may involve artificial intelligence, generative-image technology, image compositing, likeness-preservation techniques, face or facial-feature processing, retouching, upscaling, color correction, background modification, and human editing.
These processes may analyze visible attributes in submitted photographs, such as facial features, appearance, body position, pose, lighting, clothing, expression, or style, to create or edit images intended to resemble you.
We use this processing to produce the service you requested. We do not use submitted photographs to authenticate access to an account, establish a government identity, or maintain a facial-recognition identification database.
The photographs and outputs may be processed through more than one model, website, application, API, editing service, or technical provider. The specific tools may change as our technology, workflow, quality requirements, availability, and service providers evolve.
4.2 Third-Party AI and Editing Providers
Third-party AI, editing, storage, file-transfer, and creative-technology providers may receive or process customer photographs, prompts, instructions, drafts, outputs, or associated technical data as necessary to provide the service.
These providers may process and retain information according to their contracts, account settings, security practices, privacy policies, abuse-prevention requirements, and applicable law. Retention periods and product-improvement practices may differ between providers and may change over time.
Depending on the provider and its terms, information may be processed for service operation, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, quality, legal compliance, product improvement, or model development.
We do not intentionally submit customer materials for the purpose of training our own general-purpose AI models, and we do not direct providers to use customer photographs for unrelated advertising.
However, because we may use different third-party tools, we cannot promise that every provider follows identical retention, product-improvement, or model-training practices. We use reasonable care in selecting tools and settings appropriate to our service, but third-party infrastructure and practices are not entirely within our control.
By submitting materials for the purchased service, you direct and authorize us to use appropriate AI, editing, storage, communication, and delivery tools as reasonably necessary to create and deliver your personalized materials, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4.3 Human Review and Contractors
Authorized employees, contractors, freelancers, editors, designers, or other service contributors may access submitted photographs and related materials when reasonably necessary to create, review, edit, deliver, troubleshoot, or support the service.
Such contributors may be located in Italy, the United Arab Emirates, or other countries and are expected to follow confidentiality, data-protection, and limited-use obligations under their agreements with us.
4.4 Customer Authorization and Ownership
By submitting photographs or profile materials, you represent that:
-
the materials depict you and belong to you, or you otherwise have the legal right to submit and authorize their processing;
-
every person depicted is an adult;
-
the materials do not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights;
-
the materials do not contain prohibited or unlawful content; and
-
you authorize their processing for the purpose of performing and delivering the service.
We may request an additional confirmation or checkbox when you submit photographs or other service materials.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the service.
Depending on applicable law and the technology used, facial photographs or technical processing of facial features may be treated as sensitive or biometric-related information even where they are not used for authentication or unique identification.
We process submitted facial photographs and associated technical data only as reasonably necessary to create, edit, deliver, secure, support, and document the purchased service; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; or protect legal rights.
We do not use them to make decisions concerning employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, or other similarly significant matters.
Please do not submit sexual orientation, sexual activity, health information, government identifiers, precise geolocation, religious or political beliefs, or other sensitive information unless we expressly request it and it is necessary for the service.
If you voluntarily provide unnecessary sensitive information, we may remove it or process it only as permitted by law and reasonably necessary to address your submission.
5.1 Biometric Notice and Retention, Where Applicable
Ordinary photographs are not necessarily biometric identifiers or biometric information under applicable law.
We do not intentionally use customer photographs for identity authentication, facial recognition, surveillance, or enrollment in our own biometric-identification database. However, certain image-processing or likeness-preservation technologies may create or process facial measurements, facial vectors, face geometry, or similar technical data that may be regulated as biometric information in some jurisdictions.
To the extent we or a service provider collect or process information legally defined as a biometric identifier or biometric information, the specific purposes are to:
-
create and edit the images requested by the customer;
-
preserve the customer’s likeness;
-
perform quality control;
-
secure or troubleshoot the service;
-
prevent fraud or misuse; and
-
deliver or support the purchased service.
Such information may be disclosed to the AI, image-processing, editing, storage, security, and service-delivery providers described in this Privacy Policy only as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as otherwise permitted by law.
We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers or biometric information as such.
Where legally required, we will provide any additional notice and obtain consent or a written electronic release before the relevant processing begins. If you do not provide a required consent, we may be unable to provide the personalized image service.
Where legally required, biometric identifiers or biometric information within our possession or control will be permanently destroyed when the initial purpose for collecting or obtaining them has been satisfied, or within three years after your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first, and sooner where applicable law requires a shorter period.
Destruction may be delayed only where permitted or required by law, such as in response to a valid warrant, subpoena, legal obligation, fraud concern, claim, or dispute.
We will require relevant service providers to address covered biometric data in accordance with applicable law and their contractual obligations, but deletion from technically separate backups or provider systems may follow their lawful deletion and backup cycles.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:
-
make the website and checkout function;

comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request;
-
enforce our agreements or protect legal rights;

10. No Sale for Money; Sharing and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money.
Some U.S. state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Under those definitions, our use of advertising pixels, cookies, conversion APIs, retargeting, audience matching, analytics, or similar technology may constitute sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for the information.
Where applicable, you may opt out by:

Any permission may be subject to additional terms describing the approved content, format, duration, anonymization, or withdrawal rights.
Refusing marketing permission does not prevent you from purchasing the underlying service.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, transaction administration, dispute and chargeback handling, legal claims, and compliance with tax, accounting, regulatory, and legal obligations.
Retention depends on the category of information, the systems involved, the sensitivity of the data, the status of the customer relationship, legal requirements, technical constraints, and whether the information is needed to protect legitimate rights.
12.1 Profile-Renewal Materials
Reference photographs, questionnaires, profile links, drafts, generated images, working files, and related materials may be retained while we create and deliver the service and for a reasonable period afterward for support, quality control, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, disputes, chargebacks, enforcement, and legal protection.
We may delete source materials, drafts, working files, or final deliverables at any time after delivery when they are no longer reasonably needed.
We do not promise permanent storage, archiving, redelivery, or recovery of delivered materials. Customers are responsible for promptly downloading, securing, and retaining their final deliverables.

Order, payment, tax, accounting, refund, dispute, chargeback, consent, and customer-communication records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for legal, financial, audit, contractual, or business-protection purposes.
12.3 Marketing and Technical Data
Marketing, cookie, analytics, advertising, and technical data may be retained according to our business needs, customer choices, consent status, platform settings, and the retention periods of relevant providers.
12.4 Communications, Backups, and Residual Copies
Information may remain for a period in emails, WhatsApp or other communication histories, logs, cached files, archives, backups, security systems, vendor systems, or disaster-recovery copies.
Such copies may not be immediately accessible or capable of individual deletion and may remain until overwritten, isolated, anonymized, or removed through ordinary retention and backup cycles.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, restrict, or stop actively using it, subject to legal obligations, legitimate dispute or security needs, technical limitations, and the operation of third-party systems.
Where required, we may instruct relevant service providers to address valid deletion requests, but we cannot guarantee instantaneous deletion from every independent, backup, cached, or technically separate system.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, taking into account the nature of the information, the service, available technology, and relevant risks.
